Automated analysis of opticla wicking data
E. Fragiadaki, S. Harahalakis, E.P. Kalogianni
An algorithm, program and software has been developed for the analysis of optical wicking data. The application refers to wicking experiments where the wicking front evolves towards one direction. The program can provide global as well as local information on the examined samples. It is the first time that local analysis of dynamic wicking has been applied. Local analysis can provide useful information on the local changes of pore sizes as well as surface properites of the examined material. On the other hand global analysis of wicking data is a classic approach for the determination of effective pore radii and surface properties for powders and porous media.
From this page you can soon download the software. Until then please contact EP Kalogianni
